The project aims to redevelop the area of former tram warehouse located in residential district of Turin. The historical fabric is preserved as a heritage and adapted in order to hold new cultural functions. Within the same area new commercial building is being introduced. The historical structure accommodates the museum of transportation and related service. The new building accommodates mixed of commercial, restaurants and other services.
