Parabolic Bus Stop

This bus stop is an experiment with building material limitations. As such, weight tests were imposed, and strength and durability were sought after. A thin shell concrete, designed with a doubly curved parabolic arch, and reduced to a ruled surface was chosen. The final structure provided ample strength, and exceeded tests of 10 tons.
